I was just invited to serve as “Guest Co-Chair” for the 2011 Liszt-Garrison International Piano Competition and Festival in Baltimore, Maryland. I performed at the 2009 Festival as a guest artist and was also asked to return in 2011. I am very excited to be involved with this wonderful event. Last year’s theme was “At the Heart of Nations,” which celebrated music around the world. 2011 will celebrate the Role of Musicians and Artists in helping to develop a better community.
Further information about the Competition and Festival may be found at www.lisztgarrisoncompetition.org.
